Strength From the Inside Out
As women move through their 40s and beyond, bone health quietly becomes more important than we realise. So what’s the secret?
From our mid-30s, we naturally begin to lose bone density and when perimenopause and menopause hit, that process speeds up. You might not notice it at first, but over time, it can affect your strength, mobility, and confidence in your own body. Calcium is key - not just for preventing long-term issues like osteoporosis, but for helping you feel stable, strong, and supported in your everyday life.

I love it and it’s a staple in our house.
