Through a series of private one-to-one consultations, we take the time to understand what’s really influencing your weight, energy and overall health in midlife. Together we develop a clear, personalised approach designed to help you lose weight, restore your energy and feel strong, comfortable and confident in your body again.

As this is a highly personalised coaching experience, I work with a limited number of private clients at any one time.
